Cut on the bias, fully lined with side zip. Small insert of elastic at the back, clean front. Bias cut panel finishing the hem. These skirts are difficult to measure (but easy to fit) as bias is very adaptable - it can be wider or narrower depending on the pressure from the body. The length also changes depending on the width of your hips. Generally, a Small/Medium fits a 10-12, a Medium/Large a 12-14 ... more or less.
